What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Opening: Commercial Cleaning Quality Inspector position at Office Pride of Huntsville-Madison?
Commercial Cleaning Quality Inspector- The Inspector is responsible for the daily inspections and cleanliness of all Customer accounts while providing the highest level of customer service. Responsible for performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance activities as well as inputting data from the inspections into database systems. The Quality Inspector coordinates site visits and conducts proactive visits with each of our customers on a rotating basis. Electronic inspections are completed to document findings and exceptions are shared with management. The Quality Inspector will also relay all results found from the customer site inspections to the immediate Supervisor & or Office Management staff for further review & follow-up.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Recording Inspection Results
- Talking to and Interacting with our Customers
- Resolving Customer Complaints
- Delivering Supplies when needed
- Cleaning as Needed (Vacuuming, Sweeping, Dusting, Mopping, Trash, Restrooms.etc)
- Driving to and from each account
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Detail Orientation
- Knowledge of Computers/Tablet
- Customer Service Experience
- Inspector Experience
- Stable Work History
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Must pass Background Check
