What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and supporting cleaning technicians across multiple client locations
- Traveling daily to accounts throughout the greater Fort Wayne area and nearby communities
- Inspecting buildings and making sure every detail meets our standards (not just “good enough”)
- Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
- Jumping in and cleaning when needed — leading by example is part of the job
- Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Keeping supplies organized and ensuring teams are set up for success

- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (you will be traveling daily)
