Tareas principales:
Requisitos:
- Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de limpieza en distintas ubicaciones corporativas
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad regularmente.
- Capacitar al personal nuevo en procedimientos y uso de productos.
- Coordinar horarios y cubrir ausencias del personal cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes y el equipo interno.
Requisitos:
- Excelente presentacion personal.
- Experiencia previa como supervisora de limpieza (mínimo 1 año).
- Habilidad para liderar equipos de trabajo.
- Buena comunicación y actitud proactiva.
- Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio.
- Bilingüe (español/inglés)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos vespertinos y nocturnos si se requiere.

Primary Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple corporate locations.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are met.
- Perform regular quality inspections.
- Train new employees on procedures and product usage.
- Coordinate work schedules and provide coverage when staff is absent.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (minimum 1 year).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
