We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team in a “floater” role. This position is ideal for someone flexible who can step in to cover shifts across multiple locations when we are short-staffed or when team members are unavailable.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team in a “floater” role. This position is ideal for someone flexible who can step in to cover shifts across multiple locations when we are short-staffed or when team members are unavailable.
This is not a fixed-site position. Your primary responsibility will be filling schedule gaps and ensuring consistent service at various job sites. Some locations will be solo assignments, while others will require working alongside a team member.
Service Areas:
Must be able to travel to: Lewisville, Denton, and Grapevine.
Optional locations: McKinney, Aubrey

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, etc.)
- Fill in for call-outs and open shifts as needed
- Work independently at some locations and as part of a team at others
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned locations
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior professional cleaning experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites
- Flexibility with scheduling, including short-notice assignments
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for 3–4 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to carry and use a backpack vacuum (approximately 15 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in commercial cleaning environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule:
- Varies based on staffing needs; must be available for flexible hours
- Must be able to start at 5:30 PM or later
- Some morning shifts may be available
