Office Pride of Rapid City is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and support our growing team. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality, accountability, and mentoring others.
As a Janitorial Area Supervisor, you will manage and perform cleaning duties, train new employees, and ensure all assigned facilities consistently meet Office Pride quality and safety standards. You will act as a mentor and role model, helping team members uphold the values of our company.
Schedule: Late afternoons and nights. For exampe, 4pm-midnight M-F with rotating Saturdays.

Position Details & Benefits
- $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

- Train, support, and mentor new employees
- Ensure proper alarm/disarm procedures and accurate reporting of any dropped alarms
- Train employees on timekeeping systems and report issues to the office
- Provide re-training and constructive feedback when needed
- Submit nightly reports
- Cross-train staff to ensure building coverage when needed
- Monitor equipment and supplies; report shortages or issues
- Ensure compliance with Office Pride policies, procedures, and dress code
- Enforce safety and security standards at all times
- Report safety concerns immediately
- Assist with customer concern follow-up in coordination with the office
- Complete monthly building inspections and provide feedback
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
- Physically able to:
- Lift up to 35 lbs
- Stand and move throughout entire shift
- Walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
