Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Team Member. This position involves maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, following company guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
