Shift Leader

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service
• Lead by example Prove the value and importance of Zoupisms in fostering our culture.
• Front of House(FOH) first Keep the dining room and all guest service areas clean.
• Properly assign Team Member positions to optimize speed and service.
• Manage employee productivity. Assign side work and cleaning tasks when business slows down.
• Hold Team Members accountable for the policies in the Team Member & Manager Handbook.
• Help manage labor costs. When business is slow, find opportunities to send Team members home or on break.
• Maintain Zoup uniform standards
• Complete Prep/Temp logs and cleaning lists
• Be Compulsive about cleanliness and Food Safety.
• Maintain stok levels of all packaging, plasticware and desserts.
• Prepare the next shift for success.
• Follow cash management and all cash procedures.
• Manage and maintain the quality of all products.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Create a positive work environment for every shift, every day.
• Work with the General manager, Assistant Manager and other Shift Leaders in the success of the restaurant.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
High School Diploma/Equivalent (Preferred)

Preferred Skills
Management Experience – 1 year (Preferred)

Food Service Experience – 3 Years (Preferred)
