Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal
- Lead and support cleaning team members during scheduled jobs
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality
- Track supplies and communicate when restocking is needed
- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Report any issues, damages, or special client requests
- Help train new cleaners on procedures and expectations
- Previous cleaning experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation required
