Position Title: Assistant Floor Technician
Reports To: Lead Floor Technician
Basic Function: Ensure that floor services are provided in accordance with Office Pride standards and customers specifications as directed and delegated by the Lead Floor Tech. To account for additional hours, limited cleaning will be assigned.
Major Responsibilities
$12.00/hour
15-25 hours of work per week on average. Hours will flux from week to
week depending on the needs of the customer. If limited or no floor work is
available on any given week, hours can be supplemented with additional
cleaning hours.
The regular scope of hours includes regularly scheduled floor maintenance programs with our regular customers. Additional work would include our regular customers in which we do per request floor work, as well as additional cleaning hours.

- Sweeping, mopping, burnishing, strip & waxing, carpet cleaning & scrubbing tile.
- Report at assigned times
- Clean floors to specification
- Complete jobs within budgeted hours
- Work to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Report concerns to Lead Floor Tech. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building, etc.)
- Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook
- Limited assigned cleaning duties
