Custodian/Janitor - High Point daytime 15 hours weekly

Seeking custodian for part time DAYTIME availability - to start ASAP.

MUST have transportation and driver's liscense.

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols while performing custodial tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:
- Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial buildings or facilities
- Maintain: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas
- Porter: Perform custodial duties in a professional manner
- Industrial cleaning: Familiarity with cleaning practices in industrial settings
- Custodial: Perform general custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness of facilities
- Clean: Thoroughly clean assigned areas according to established standards
- Facilities maintenance: Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor care techniques, including mopping, vacuuming
