Job Title: Office Cleaner / Janitor
Job Location: Employee will be responsible for janitorial cleaning and light preventative maintenance for commercial properties located in Raleigh, Garner, Cary, and Sanford.

Overview: Office Ours is a fast-growing business that provides office space solutions for small businesses. We lease private offices & conference rooms, helping entrepreneurs and professionals find flexible, affordable workspaces.

Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone to work 4-6 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
- Must be able to work a second shift job. Shifts start after 5pm.
- We are looking for someone that is respectful, hard working, optimistic, service oriented and wants to learn.
- Must be proficient with technology. Must be able to use electronic systems for managing maintenance tickets, asset management and documentation system for instructions. Must be able to use other tools like email and Google Calendar/Sheets/Docs. (Must have an up to date smartphone and be willing to allow apps to be installed to access work applications)
- Will be cleaning commercial office buildings including kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies, copy rooms, conference rooms and individual offices. Applicants must have at least basic knowledge of cleaning including vacuuming and which cleaning products to use for each surface and situation.
- Applicants must be able to lift at least 60 pounds. You will be called on to help move disassembled furniture and must be able to handle a commercial backpack vacuum.
- Must be interested in learning and growing professionally. If you allow us to train you in assembling/disassembling furniture, painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing and other areas of maintenance then this role could eventually develop into a full time position.
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude around all staff and members at all times.
- Must be available for rare on call emergencies at commercial properties on holidays and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a working vehicle to drive between locations.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning is ideal.
- Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Must live in Wake or Lee County.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hr
- Mileage reimbursement between properties
- $50/month smartphone reimbursement
