- Supervise and develop ISA staff.
- Manage performance, training, documentation, and collaboration.
- Oversee software administration, upgrades, security, scripting, health checks, and user management.
- Coordinate issue resolution, batch processing, and cross-team communication while advising management on initiatives.

- Be eligible for 52.6 or 70.1 transfer with one year of qualifying service in a title approved for transfer.

Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in Supervision (1 year to 2 years).
- Demonstrated experience in Operating Systems (more than 2 years to 5 years) including, but not limited to:
- AIX
- Linux
- RedHat
- Windows
- Demonstrated in-depth experience installing and upgrading enterprise application server software.
- Demonstrated experience in UNIX shell scripting, PHP, PERL, or JavaScript is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis, design, and the ability to interact with both technical and business staff, including vendors.
- Participated and/or facilitated in the design, technical analysis, and implementation of automated systems.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical specifications including flowcharts and technical diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience with unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing with business customers.
- Demonstrated experience with File Transfer Process (FTP) protocols and methodologies, including those specific to Axway's Secure File Transport.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting enterprise systems and determining where issues exist within system architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge associated with technical and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact appropriately with users and understand the organizational structure.
