What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Administrator position at Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee?
Description: Currently seeking a diligent and motivated Case Administrator for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the general maintenance and updating of bankruptcy cases, and in providing responses to all office communication.
- Review, research, and prepare notes for court hearings.
- Draft and submit motions and orders to court.
- Analyze financial documents such as pay statements, bank statements, and operating reports, and compare with debtors’ filed schedules.
- Other common office duties and tasks.
- Requirements:
- The ideal candidate takes initiative, is flexible, professional, and has abilities to prioritize responsibilities and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and accept challenges with positivity.
- Ability to multi-task, and to analyze legal and financial documents for accuracy.
- Prior bankruptcy and/or paralegal experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel and Adobe Pro.
