Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical records using document management systems such as iManage and SharePoint
- Organize, classify, and categorize records according to taxonomy and archival standards
- Ensure proper metadata tagging for efficient retrieval and compliance management
- Support archival processing, including digitization and preservation of historical documents
- Assist with filing, indexing, and data management tasks to uphold information governance policies
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks on documents for accuracy and consistency
- Implement content management strategies aligned with organizational standards for information security and compliance
- Support the development and enforcement of archival standards and procedures
- Collaborate with teams on content organization, metadata application, and system updates to improve information accessibility
- Maintain documentation of processes related to records management activities
Requirements
- Proven experience with document management systems such as iManage, SharePoint, or similar content/content management platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, metadata application, and taxonomy development
- Knowledge of records management principles, archival standards, and information governance practices
- Familiarity with digitization processes, archival processing, and archives management techniques
- Experience in compliance management and information security protocols
- Excellent proofreading, data management, and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in administrative roles involving document or records management is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
