Responsibilities:
You will:- Oversee the full range of services provided by the Division, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of operational functions to support AO priorities and meet Agency objectives.
- Oversee human capital, budgetary allocations, procurement processes, and purchase card activity, as well as ensuring appropriate use of financial and material resources.
- Advise leadership on IT governance, security programs, emergency management, travel operations, and administrative services.
- Supervise assigned staff by providing guidance and counseling on established policies and procedures, monitor day-to-day compliance and performance, and address routine employee relations issues.
