This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO), Office of Administrative Service and Performance Management, Business Operations Division. About AO.

This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as planning, organizing, directing, and/or evaluating administrative programs; managing support services; and coaching, leading, or mentoring others.

Responsibilities:

You will:
  • Oversee the full range of services provided by the Division, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of operational functions to support AO priorities and meet Agency objectives.
  • Oversee human capital, budgetary allocations, procurement processes, and purchase card activity, as well as ensuring appropriate use of financial and material resources.
  • Advise leadership on IT governance, security programs, emergency management, travel operations, and administrative services.
  • Supervise assigned staff by providing guidance and counseling on established policies and procedures, monitor day-to-day compliance and performance, and address routine employee relations issues.
