The Statewide Automate Welfare System (SAWS) are the case management systems supporting the State of California's public assistance programs, providing eligibility determination and benefit calculation for county eligibility and employment staff to assist program applicants and recipients. - State-level project management and oversight to the CalSAWS.
- Securing project approvals and funding, procuring, and managing specialized consultant services.
- Monitoring Consortium activities and service delivery, reviewing Consortium deliverables, managing project risks, applying early issue identification and resolution methods, managing stakeholder involvement, approving and tracking expenditures.
