Supports recruiting and pre boarding for various high volume and specialized positions across Denver Public Schools. Supports the team with strategies to strengthen and expand initiatives to recruit, hire, retain and advance team members, with a specific focus to support increased recruiting efforts to build a diverse workforce. Duties include, but are not limited to; pre-boarding transactions, and candidate follow-up and support for positions across schools and departments.

What You'll Do:
- Supports with pre boarding activities such as; new hire paperwork and offers letters
- Validates qualifications, credentials, and licenses required of school-based hires; verifies that candidates meet minimum requirements; and confirms that all new hire documentation is completed and received then completes the hire.
- Collaborates with Human Resources Partners to monitor and meet client group recruitment objectives
- This role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data accuracy and integrity. The individual will be held accountable for all aspects of data handling, including entry, validation, correction, and reporting; which includes and is not limited to the following:
- Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input and update data into various systems, conducting thorough reviews to ensure data is free from errors and inconsistencies.
- Data Validation: Regularly perform checks and audits to verify the accuracy and consistency of data across different platforms and systems.
- Error Identification and Correction: Proactively identify and correct any discrepancies, ensuring that all data is complete, reliable, and up-to-date. Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure that all data entry follows organizational policies and standards, maintaining a high level of precision in all records.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field preferred
- Experience working in a high volume/fast paced work environment
- Must have the ability to attend recruiting events and conferences
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
