As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our organization, you will be a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and residents. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Applicant selected for employment must successfully complete a criminal background check and a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies.

- Patient Care: Administer top-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct intake assessments, administer first aid and medications, and perform health screenings.
- Care Planning: Assist in developing and evaluating individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all patients, documenting changes in their condition and treatments provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare staff to coordinate and implement effective patient care.
- Education and Training: May provide guidance and direction to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members. Participate in the orientation and training of new staff.
- Administrative Duties: Enter patient information into various electronic systems, ensure adherence to healthcare policies and regulations, and communicate urgent medical needs to relevant personnel.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of patient care plans.
