Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital is searching for a dedicated Housekeeper to be a part of our amazing team!
Clean all areas of a 110-bed adult Psychiatric Hospital. Clean patient bedrooms and bathrooms, exam rooms, eating areas, recreational areas, common areas, hallways, employee offices and work areas. Cleans furniture and equipment. Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and buff hard floors. Sweep and shampoo carpets. Follows Infection Control procedures to sanitize areas. Cleans windows and mirrors. Holiday, weekend, and rotating shift work is required for this position. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.
This is a tobacco free facility. Chosen applicants must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in Agency and Bureau policies. Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.
