What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Office of Shared Administration (WV)?
Prepare and serve clients/employee meals in cafeteria settings. Maintain sanitation in all areas of dietary department. Put up stock as it arrives in department. Assist in inventory control, participate in CQI monitoring, function as a supervisor in the absence of food service supervisor. Requires ability to competently operate food service equipment, and knowledge of weights and measures. Assists with dish service sanitation, disposes of trash and cleans receptacles. Serves diets according to manual menu set by facility. Will need to have knowledge of required regulations. Has ability to work with little or no supervision. Has good communication skills. Performs related duties as assigned. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.

This position is eligible for an appointment incentive of $5000.00 to the selected applicant who agrees to work for the facility for a minimum period of 12 months.

Salary : $26,550 - $44,250
