What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (POLICY) position at OFFICE OF NAVAL POLICY?
The Principal Director to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Policy, is responsible managing highly sensitive foreign, defense, and security cooperation assignments for senior Department of the Navy leadership. The incumbent must demonstrate exemplary leadership to drive innovation, optimize resources, and cultivate a capabilities-focused organizational climate aligned with DoW strategic goals.

EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
