Primary Purpose:
Responsible for leading the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of magnet school grants awarded to the district. Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines while supporting program development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability efforts. Drives the strategic use of data to enhance program impact and student outcomes.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Valid Texas Teacher Certification
Master’s degree (preferred)
Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification (preferred)
Experience:
Three years’ experience of effective classroom teaching
At least two years’ experience with education-focused data analysis or program evaluation, preferably in
a K–12 setting
Experience in project management, program development, and implementation
Experience with STEM Education (preferred)
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,
Google Data Studio)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
