- Applying computer science principles, such as system software organization, information structure representation, database management, and network theory, to develop and optimize IT solutions. Working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud migration, optimization, and integration.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Directing a team responsible for planning, designing, and implementing complex HR business processes and IT solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity with database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server, programming languages, and software development tools.
