Specialized Experience for this position includes:

As a Field Office Director, you will:
- Be responsible for strategic leadership, long-range planning, high-level decision-making, and comprehensive resource management to further HUD's mission and assure the local office is aligned with Departmental strategic plans and protocols.
- Establish and maintain highly effective internal and interagency partnerships with senior-level counterparts within HUD, including multiple program office directors, as well as with high-ranking officials across Federal, state, and local agencies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Management Action Plan and related goals, and a variety of programs, projects and initiatives.
- Exercise delegated authority across the full range of human capital, financial, technological, and administrative management functions for a large, multifaceted field office.
