Qualifications:
Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:- Providing administrative services such as management analysis, personnel management, financial management, office services and systems support.
- Identifying ways to improve or enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of current services at the local level and provide representation for the office in dealings with vendors and organizations within the agency.
- Providing technical and administrative support and supervision and assisting in developing and carrying out plans regarding staffing and training.
- Analyzing current practices to ensure the efficiency and effective productivity of the administrative operations.
- Assisting in resolving problems involving interpretation of the law or unusual situations requiring interpretation and application of DHS policy.
