Qualifications:
To qualify for this position Supervisory Criminal Investigator at the GS-15 grade level, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Responsibilities:
The major duties of the Supervisory Criminal Investigator (Division Chief, Arson and Explosives Research and Intelligence Division) position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Exercises full supervisory responsibilities and authority over Division personnel.
- Responsible for assessing, developing, and evaluating program goals, needs, operations, and accomplishments.
- Directs the development of appropriate measurements, techniques and methodologies.
- Submits recommendations and decisions that reflect effective analysis of laws and regulations, budgets, strategic plans, current year operating plans, staffing plans, work studies, and other pertinent material
Salary : $154,075
