Qualifications:
To Qualify for the ZA-III, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized equivalent to at least the GS-11 (ZA-II at NIST) level. Specialized experience is defined as:- Utilizing the Federal Real Property Profile Management System (FRPP MS) or a similar centralized real property database to maintain accurate inventories of land, buildings, and structures.
- Assisting in the collection and verification of real property data elements such as legal interest, status, and utilization to ensure compliance with GSA reporting standards.
- Generating standardized reports from real property systems to support research, real estate tracking, or portfolio audits.
- Experience with leasing space for federal agencies via GSA.
