BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting 2 of 3 of the following:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of programs or operations, identifying significant issues, developing creative solutions, and assessing their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide financial management advice and oversight for significant program budgets, contracts, or financial operations.
- Develop and implement new or revised policies, procedures, or strategies for administrative or programmatic functions.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Serve as an analyst and advisor to senior program officials, evaluating mission-critical programs and operations, and providing technical guidance on analysis and evaluation methods.
- Develop and maintain programming data/information systems, interpreting and applying policies, regulations, and system requirements to ensure effective application within the assigned program.
- Analyze management information requirements to develop administrative reporting systems and evaluates new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, and goals.
- Maintain contract records, tracks funding, processes invoices, and coordinates with contractors and the acquisition team for financial actions.
- Support procurement planning, operations, and reporting, offering guidance on procurement requisition packages and assisting in their development.
- Monitor contractor performance, resolves issues to ensure contract compliance, and recommends improvements to acquisition strategies, policies, and processes.
Salary : $143,913
