Mt. Vernon residents, We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Commercial Custodian IN MT. VERNON only to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to details, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Would make a great second job or supplemental income to a retired person who lives in Mt. Vernon!
Qualification:
- MUST BE ABLE TO FULLY PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK! (This means you "CAN NOT " have ANY felony charges of any kind!)
- You "MUST" live in the town posted for or within 5 miles.
- For liability & security for this position, applicants MUST BE OVER 21 years old!
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
- 1 year COMMERCIAL cleaning is required
- Driver's license and vehicle is required

- Monday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Tuesday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Wednesday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Thursday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Friday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain a commercial medical building to a high standards
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and restock restrooms
