What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Associate position at Office Innovations?
Responsibilities Include
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning units.
- Responsible for receiving product shipments, check freight for accuracy and damage, storing product, and adjusting inventory with books.
- Perform general maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and cleaning to the building and grounds.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs to company vehicles and forklift.
- Maintain company books per vehicle for DOT.
- Pulling product from inventory, logging it in and out, and staging the product.
Job Requirement
- Must have computer skills to utilize warehousing/inventory spreadsheets and software.
- Must be able to securely load and unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and ability to drive Box Truck to deliver product.
- Clean background – NO FELONY CONVICTIONS
- Mechanical background in vehicle maintenance.
- Building Maintenance and preventive maintenance background.
