Job Requirements and Responsibilities
A Community Manager is a sales, operations, and customer service professional who loves working with clients and growing business relationships; they understand the sales process and how to move prospects through the sales journey; they have a creative and operational side to them; they can work independently with little supervision but have a strong commitment to the team and our company vision: success for our clients. They also have a penchant for administrative detail and a strong work ethic.
Sales and Marketing
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of the location as follows:
- Conduct office/location tours and show available offices and conference rooms to prospective clients
- Nurture prospect from initial conversation to the signing of an agreement
- Participate in local community/networking events to create awareness of the OE Center and services
- Post on Social Media Channels to create brand awareness
- Providing success stories and client updates to marketing team for publishing on the OE Website and through social media.
Client Relations
You will provide a high level of customer service to our clients while fostering a business networking environment by:
- Greeting clients and their guests in a professional manner and by name when possible.
- Scheduling client meeting room requests.
- Anticipating client needs and responding proactively.
- Responding to client requests and questions promptly.
- Providing a thorough orientation for new clients with scheduled follow up during the first three months.
- Developing a good understanding of the client’s business in order to provide a high level of service.
- Providing basic administrative support or project coordination to clients at an hourly fee.
- Performing ongoing quality assurance follow-up with all clients at least once every three months.
- Making new client introductions within the location.
- Retaining client business through renewals.
- Matching prospective client needs with Office Evolution services.
- Helping clients with basic technology setup of office equipment such as the printer and projector.
- Troubleshooting tech issues for clients with the help of our tech support staff.
Site and Administrative Responsibilities
You will provide prospective Office Evolution clients with information about our facilities and virtual office services.
- Complete client sign-up process for all Office Evolution office space and virtual office services.
- Fill out sales forms correctly and maintain correct client information in system at all times.
Location Management and Maintenance
Community Managers are proud of their location and keep it very clean, maintaining a professional appearance in all areas of their facility at all times
- The business center must always be 100% “business ready” – a professional greeting at the business lobby, tidy meeting rooms, a spotless kitchen, an organized desk
Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 2 years (minimum) experience in sales customer service required
- Hospitality experience is a bonus
- Ability to interface with many different client types in a busy front office setting, while juggling multiple priorities.
- Some college preferred but not required
- Must have professional appearance and attitude, and ability to work independently with little supervision.

- Computer skills include but are not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Compensation, Benefits and Other Information
- Full time position 40 hours per week, may include occasional weekends and evenings.
