We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for a Co-working Business Center in the central New Jersey area. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to run the operation of this state of the art business center. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation of the co-working business center.
- Plan and execute campaigns and events, develop sales strategies and goals
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.
- Create online and offline marketing content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct sales calls and support business development activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study or related experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn new programs.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful marketing/sales
- Self-starter, goal oriented, positive attitude, leadership skills, teamwork skills
This role offers competitive pay, paid vacations, paid Holidays. Monday - Friday schedule with some flexibility needed for community and networking events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
