Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Manager based in Boise, ID. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating property acquisitions. Daily tasks include networking with property owners inside our database, building relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing property data to assess potential deals. The role also entails creating tailored offers for clients, managing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Collaboration with internal teams to support company goals is a vital aspect of this position. This is NOT an entry level sales position. Cold Calling our Database is part of the role. If you are uncomfortable with creating your own pipeline, this may not be the career for you.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, homeowners, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and research skills, including property valuation and market analysis to identify opportunities.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (SALESFORCE) software and general computer literacy.
- Experience in B2C Sales is a MUST
- Prior Real Estate or Investor activities is advantageous but not necessary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and remote in Boise, ID.
This a W-2 Full Time Position
Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 OTE (commission base). Healthcare Benefits Offered.
$20,000 bonus if you close $300,000 in revenue within your first 6 months!
