Duties
- Drive sales in your store by proactively identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with both new and returning customers.
- Manage and grow existing relationships, providing exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs, and building trust that encourages repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each client, highlighting the features and benefits of our high-end outdoor living products, including patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, billiards, and saunas.
- Maximize sales opportunities while leveraging upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights, track progress, and stay current on products and industry trends to confidently educate clients and provide tailored solutions.
Skills
- Proven track record as a high-performing sales closer, ideally in B2B, retail, or high-ticket sales environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to secure deals and build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results, able to manage your own pipeline independently.
- Experienced in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing high-value sales.
- Skilled at product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome sales obstacles.
- Familiarity with, or interest in, premium outdoor living products such as patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, billiards, and saunas a plus.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
