- Support customers with banking-related inquiries or financial services when applicable
- Handle basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns using retail math skills
- Assist with loan processing or financial software as needed to support customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of financial services or banking is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to merchandising and stock management
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
