What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise staff during parties and open play shifts
- Train and guide team members to deliver safe, fun, and engaging experiences
- Oversee the play space, keeping areas safe, clean, and welcoming
- Plan and host birthday parties and group events
- Help with front desk tasks (check-ins, customer questions)
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to maintain smooth operations
- Communicate with management about any operational issues
