About the Role:
As a Guest Connector at Off The Hook, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers and ensures a seamless checkout experience. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and payments, and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized Guest Connector station, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping the energy high
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Ensure all guests are taken care of with Southern Hospitality
Requirements for Success:
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license
