HVAC/Refrigeration Technician — Becker, MN Area

We're hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Tech to join us in the Becker, MN area (55308). Pay is $28-$32/hr depending on experience, with a signing bonus, quarterly bonuses, commission, and overtime on top. We're a growing shop, so we'll be straight with you up front: some days move fast and the schedule can shift. We work on residential, commercial, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems. That means real variety. You're not stuck on the same call type for 40 hours a week.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC/Refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting calls as they come in
• Preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• Boiler work and ammonia refrigeration when those calls hit
• Reading blueprints for new installs
• Keeping decent records of what you did and what you used

Some days are install-heavy. Some days are service-heavy. Some days, the schedule changes by lunch. We'll be straight with you about that going in.

Who’s This Is For: You're a real tradesperson. You don't need to be told twice. You can show up to a call with limited info and figure it out. You're honest with customers and honest with us when something goes sideways.

Beyond that:

• HVAC/Refrigeration training program, apprenticeship, or solid hands-on experience
• Experience with boilers and refrigeration (especially ammonia) is a big plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• High school diploma or GED
• Can read blueprints and follow code

NATE certification helps but isn't required. If you've got the skills and the right head on your shoulders, apply.
