- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and cash handling to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage employee orientation, training & development initiatives to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Coordinate purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Conduct interviewing and recruiting activities to attract top talent; participate in onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervisory experience in retail or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution to enhance store performance.
- Proficient in retail math, budgeting, merchandising, and sales management techniques.
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of store organization.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
