About the Role:
As a Director of Sale , you’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic and ever-evolving gallery environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with art enthusiasts and high-net-worth (HNW) collectors, providing personalized guidance and building lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with a small, passionate team and gain hands-on experience in all facets of gallery operations.
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sales role where success comes from proactive client engagement, consistent follow-up, and confidently guiding clients toward meaningful purchases.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Expertise: Use your inbound and outbound sales expertise to meet and exceed targets, creating meaningful connections with clients.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients discover and purchase art that resonates with them. Your ability to build rapport and put clients at ease will be crucial.
- Negotiation and Leadership: Utilize your negotiating skills and leadership qualities to guide clients through the buying process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, employing creative and engaging communication strategies.
