About Us
We are a growing marketing agency on Long Island and Buffalo, New York. Our owner is well known in the Long Island networking scene and has been recognized as a Top Marketing Voice on LinkedIn.
We work with B2B companies, nonprofits, and local downtown businesses (restaurants, retail, service providers, etc.).
We specialize in:
- Professional website development ($3,000 – $20,000 projects)
- Recurring lead generation services ($1,000 – $3,000 / month retainers)
Note: We also perform branding services, and create both digital assets and physical marketing materials.
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential and the freedom of independent contractor work. At least 2 years of sales experience required.
There are no minimum hours or fixed schedule, and we will provide you with comprehensive orientation, tools and ongoing support!
Compensation (Commission-Only – 1099)
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. No base salary.
Commission Structure:
Projects (Websites, Branding, Digital Assets, Marketing Materials)
- 20% of collected revenue for closing a lead that you found on your own.
(Example: $10,000 website = $2,000 commission)
- 10% of collected revenue for closing a qualified inbound lead provided by us.
Retainers (Lead Generation)
- 10% of collected revenue for closing a lead that you found on your own
(Example: An SEO package of $2,000 / month = $200 / month in commission)
- 5% of collected revenue for closing a qualified inbound lead provided by us.
Commission is paid after client payment is received.
Recurring commission is paid on collected revenue for as long as the client retains us for the service. You must remain an active contractor with us to continue to receive the recurring commission.
A qualified inbound lead refers to a prospect who has already engaged with us and expressed interest with our services prior to being assigned to you.
Earnings Potential
With consistent performance, realistic earnings can range from:
$60,000 – $150,000 in the first 12 months, depending on performance (uncapped). Top performers can exceed this.
Note: As you build your client base, you will accumulate more recurring commissions.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true hunter role.
- Prospect local B2B businesses, nonprofits, and downtown businesses
- Cold outreach (in-person, phone, email, networking)
- Identify decision-makers
- Set appointments and close deals
- Use agency provided HubSpot account (Maintain notes and manage pipeline)
This role involves a mix of remote work (CRM, communication, remote prospecting) and local, on-the-road prospecting.
You will be provided:
- Some target business lists (not qualified inbound leads).
- CRM access (HubSpot)
- Deck and marketing materials to share with prospects
- Proposal templates
- Orientation that includes but is not limited to: Education on our services, positioning guidance, HubSpot training, and guidance on proposal drafting.
- Monthly 1 hour virtual meeting with agency owner to review pipeline and performance.
- Additional / ongoing guidance and support from the agency owner. You can communicate with him as much as needed.
- Optional access to select networking groups to support business development (no attendance requirements). The agency owner can assist you in getting acclimated to new groups.
You will not be provided:
- Consistent warm and qualified inbound leads (You will be given some, but not consistently).
- Base salary or draw
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building their own pipeline and controlling their income.
