Job Title: Residential Electrician / Electrical Helper Company: Off Leash Construction Location: Fishers / Indianapolis / Hamilton County Type: Full-Time or steady contract work Pay: $24-$40 per hour depending on experience, licensing, and ability Off Leash Construction is looking for a residential electrician or electrical helper for repair, remodel, and punch-list work around Fishers and Indianapolis. You do not need to be a perfect commercial journeyman to apply. We are interested in people with real residential electrical experience who are reliable, safe, and can help us complete small-to-medium residential projects cleanly. Typical work may include: - Troubleshooting outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers, and basic circuits - Installing or replacing lights, fans, devices, and small electrical components - Helping with remodel and repair scopes - Working safely and within your license/experience limits - Taking photos, communicating clearly, and coordinating with the project team Good fit if you: - Have electrical helper, apprentice, residential electrician, remodel, or service experience - Have reliable transportation around Fishers/Indianapolis - Own basic hand tools - Take safety seriously and know when to ask questions - Can communicate clearly and show up consistently License/certification is a plus, but strong residential electrical helper experience is also worth applying.
