SUMMARY

Mountain West Auto Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and fast-moving startup. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential information with professionalism and efficiency.

This is a full-time nonexempt role, with a pay range of $20 to $35 per hour. The expected work schedule is around 8am to 5pm.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar and email: be the traffic cop that acts as the initial filter to optimize the CEO’s time.
- Filter and organize CEO’s email inbox, send messages on the CEO’s behalf, summarize emails for the CEO.
- Prepare beliefs for key meetings, attend select meetings and record notes and action items, ensure delegated items are followed up and closed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails, and responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries for offsites and leadership workshops.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the owner.
- Anticipate the owner's needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Organized, resourceful, and thrives under pressure
- Loves details, deadlines, and structure — but flexible when needed
- Emotionally intelligent — can read a room, keep confidence, and speak with empathy
- Has experience supporting a high-performing executive (preferred)
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
