Duties

• Greet customers enthusiastically in person, on the phone and electronically, assess their needs, and recommend suitable inventory.
• Sell remotely and in person.
• Assist customers through the sales process, providing detailed product information and financing/lease options.
• Perform mechanical diagnostics using your knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and reconditioning.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and heavy lifting techniques to repair and service vehicles efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical problems related to engines, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components; execute repairs with precision.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs or sales features clearly and addressing any questions confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience, certification or background in motorcycle and ATV repair is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated service technician experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of and ability to execute vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
