Off Highway Van, a leading custom van manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound deliveries, maintain accurate inventory, and oversee both internal and external material logistics. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure materials are organized, available, and prepared for efficient van builds.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform detailed quality inspections for all inbound materials.
- Accurately receive and put away daily inbound shipments using Fishbowl inventory software.
- Oversee daily tasks and performance of warehouse assistants.
- Drive a 12-foot box truck for local pickups and deliveries (CDL not required).
- Must pass a DOT insurance background check.
- Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Typical Day Includes
- Receiving and putting away inbound materials.
- Clear, consistent communication with Purchasing and Finance regarding discrepancies.
- Implementation of 5S workplace-organization standards.
- Daily consolidation of inventory shelving and pallet racking.
- Inventory cycle counts and adjustments as needed (with approval).
- Supervision warehouse and shop yard cleanup and shutdown
- 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

Experience
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience
- Proven record of working independently with little oversight - High degree of initiative and urgency
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Thorough understanding of inbound and outbound operational priorities, dependencies, and processes
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable with Google Docs as well as Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, etc.
- Solutions orientated proactive problem solver.
- Experience leading training, facilitating meetings, managing operations, and resolving exceptions.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
