What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at Off Grid General Contracting?
Overview
We are needing to hire a highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to coordinate & complete office tasks for our small but fast-paced general contracting company based in Amarillo, TX.
Duties including but not limited to
1. Data/ customer entry in CRM
2. Clerical support including typing & sending estimates in Quickbooks & Adobe
3. Responding to & sending general emails
4. Coordinating permits & submissions with area Building Safety Departments
5. Professional communication with other contractors & insurance companies
6. Filing invoices & bills in appropriate job files
7. Document creation in Adobe
8. Provide back-office support to team
9. Minor material ordering/ communication with vendors
10. Customer communication related to scheduling & logistics
Qualifications
1. Must be technically proficient with Adobe & Quickbooks
2. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
3. Must be able to prioritize long lists of daily/ weekly tasks
4. Must be able to "think outside the box" & problem solve
5. Must be able to "pivot" quickly from one task to another based on priority/ necessity as things change
6. Tech savvy & ability to navigate multiple data platforms- google, quickbooks, adobe, CRM, companycam, etc.
7. Must be able to effectively research & find answers
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
