Duties
- Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with established curriculum plans across multiple subjects, including math, literacy, and creative writing
- Implement curriculum development strategies to meet diverse student needs, including those with disabilities or developmental challenges
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques and classroom activity organization
- Support early childhood education principles by fostering a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development and childcare best practices
- Assist with lesson planning, instructional implementation, and assessment activities to ensure student progress
- Maintain clear communication with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student behavior
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities or autism
- Proficiency in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored to diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills for mentoring students and collaborating with staff and parents

- Experience working in the Early Childhood Education field.
