We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the Marketing department. This position plays a key role in driving both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department within the Food Sales organization. As an essential contributor to brand management at OFD, this role blends analytical thinking with creative execution to support brand growth and market impact. It offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in the development of brand strategies, uncover market trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans. Through effective coordination of resources and timelines, this role ensures the successful execution of initiatives that align with broader business objectives.

You will get to:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of annual brand and marketing plans that drive awareness, trial, loyalty, and engagement.
• Support new product development through consumer insights, concept testing, packaging design, and launch planning.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends to inform brand strategy and strengthen market positioning.
• Manage internal marketing projects to ensure timely and successful go-to-market execution.
• Represent Marketing on cross-functional GTM teams supporting product innovation, renovation, and commercialization.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to execute brand plans and marketing initiatives across key channels.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling creative content aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead or support the execution of events, trade shows, and brand activations that build awareness and drive growth.
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Gather, analyze, and report on brand performance, sales trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Advocate for consumer and customer experiences that enhance marketing effectiveness and build brand equity.
• Maintain monthly marketing budget tracking and manage invoice processing to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Identify and manage brand and cause-marketing partnerships that reinforce brand positioning and expand market reach.
• Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication of marketing strategies and priorities.
• Embodies OFD’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department and company culture.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Generally, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in crafting clear messaging, editing copy, and delivering effective presentations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a solid understanding of digital file formats, image specifications, and basic design principles.
• Foundational knowledge of core marketing concepts, including brand strategy, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
