Primary Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary therapy team including PTs, PTAs, OTs and support staff.
- Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal scheduling.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support staff development.
- Facilitate team meetings and promote an environment of collaboration and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic providers and administrative leadership to align therapy services with overall clinic goals.
- Maintain a clinical caseload, providing hands-on treatment to primarily orthopedic patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., post-operative rehab, sports injuries, joint replacement therapy).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based protocols.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff for complex cases and treatment techniques.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Manage department staffing, schedules, and productivity metrics to meet patient demand and quality goals.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state licensure, professional standards, and clinic policies.
- Coordinate supply ordering and equipment maintenance.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient outcomes, therapist productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Education: Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Therapy license in Minnesota.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of orthopedic therapy experience, with previous administrative responsibilities preferred.
- Certifications: BLS certification required.
- Strong orthopedic clinical expertise and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in EMR systems; experience with Veradigm is a plus.
- Ability to balance patient care responsibilities with administrative duties.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
