Responsibilities:
As an Financial Program Specialist, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties:- Serve as a specialist to management on the administrative work of a fiscal, financial management, accounting, or budgetary nature within Office of the Chief Financial Officer's (OCFO) Office of Financial Management (OFM) Headquarters
- Support operations OCFO (including but not limited to, property, human resources, logistics, training, management and information systems, telecommunications, procurement, performance management, budget and financial management)
- Perform technical and managerial services for OCFO (including but not limited to, property, human resources, logistics, training, management and information systems, telecommunications, procurement, performance management, budget and financial management)
- Provide guidance to staff and management regarding administrative programs, concepts, laws, policies, and practices
- Plan, organize, participate, and contribute to effective management
